Shipping policy
Standard Shipping
Unless a faster shipping service is selected during checkout, all orders are shipped via standard delivery, which usually takes 3-5 business days.
Standard/Priority/Express Shipping
Faster shipping options are available at an additional cost, based on the service you choose.
Handling Time
Please allow 1 business day for order processing before your item is shipped.
Carriers
We typically ship using major carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and OnTrac. However, depending on our 3PL service providers, we may choose the carrier that offers the best delivery option for your location.
Delays
Delivery delays can sometimes happen due to carrier issues. While this is out of our control, we’ll do our best to help track down delayed packages.
Lost or Stolen Packages
SHIFAA NUTRITION is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your package is marked as delivered but you can’t find it, please contact the carrier to file a claim.

3. Shipping and Ordering Policies:
If you have placed an order with an incorrect shipping address, please cancel it immediately and place a new order with the correct information. Orders not canceled within 1 hour may be processed and queued for shipment.
Please note that we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout, and no refunds will be issued for such orders.
Customs & Duties
Customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or tax fees. We do not currently ship internationally.
Shipping FAQ
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if it hasn’t shipped yet. Contact us right away. If it's already shipped, you’ll need to return it at your own cost. Once we receive it, we’ll refund you minus the original shipping fee.
When will I get my order?
Orders usually arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we only ship within the U.S.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes, once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking to activate.
Can I return items?
Yes, unopened and unused items can be returned within 14 days. SHIFAA NUTRITION is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.
