I got a bottle of "Women's Support: Hormone Balance & Menopause Supplements For Women" with 60 capsules. I decided to try them because I've been dealing with heavy, long menstrual periods (a hormone thing). This time, it lasted 3-4 months straight, and I was over it. So, I figured these capsules might help, and I had nothing to lose. These capsules are pretty big, bigger than most I take. They're clear with brown powder inside and smell kind of like green peppers. The directions say to take 2, so I take 2 each evening.
